Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, though a little tired, were decent in size for the four of us and provided a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a single bed, a double bed, and an armchair that folded out for another guest. The room was comfortable, with nice, clean bedding and pillows. I particularly enjoyed the provision of coffee and tea-making facilities. The breakfast offered was very good, and the staff were willing to accommodate requests for specific items. However, there were some areas that needed attention and refurbishment during my stay.
Despite some noise issues in the room, the hotel offers very clean rooms and helpful service. The location is ideal for exploring the local area, and the dining experience, although a bit slow, provides a good range of options.
The hotel is situated a bit out in the middle of nowhere, requiring a cab for dining out, but it offers a good connection to Warwick and surrounding towns. The service was a mix of genuine friendliness and some early morning disturbances. The dining experience was a bit pricey but met our needs otherwise. The rooms initially fell short of expectations with some issues, but the stay improved after a room change. Overall, a decent stay but not quite up to the usual standard we've experienced.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located, just a short taxi ride into Warwick center and the racecourse. The room was clean but in need of an update, with some minor issues like drawer handles falling off. Although the staff weren't very forthcoming with information, I enjoyed the bar during my stay.
